11/18/2014 @ 1:30 pm, Ashley C. Francis, 28 of Miami, OK, was arrested for Felony Fugitive From Out of State Warrants.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented to a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
