Dr. Alan Marble, president of Missouri Southern State University, will appear as a guest on the “Newsmakers” interview program airing on KGCS-TV. He’ll discuss a variety of topics, including the improved financial status for the university, updates to the school’s mission, vision, and values, and progress for the Great Game of Education.
The show will debut at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, and will also air evenings throughout the week of Sept. 9. In addition to the broadcasts, it is available on the station’s YouTube channel, “KGCS Missouri Southern” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYnQ10zBi-w). It will also air on KOAM-TV at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15.
“Newsmakers” is a half-hour interview program produced by KGCS-TV. The station provides hands-on learning opportunities for students, and operates as a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern. KGCS programming may be seen over the air on digital channel 22 and on regional cable television systems.
