Join Joplin Parks & Recreation on Friday, October 18th at 7pm for their annual Old Fashioned Hayride! This FREE event will be held at McClelland Park, located at 44th and McClelland Boulevard.
The department will be handing out hot dogs and s'mores, so bring your roasting sticks and have a weenie roast around one of the bonfires located in the park! The hot dogs and s'mores are first-come, first-serve. Feel free to bypass the lines and bring your own picnic (a lot of families do!).
Enjoy a hayride around McClelland Park and then finish the evening by enjoying a cup of hot cocoa while making s'mores!
The Halloween-themed movie, “Casper” will be shown during the event on the Department's giant inflatable movie screen. Many thanks to Fletcher Toyota for sponsoring the movie!
