On the morning of 10-16-2019 two subjects fled on foot from law enforcement officers on 126 Highway west of I-49.
Stolen equipment was located at that location and has been removed from the roadway.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troopers, Deputies from the Sheriff's Office and the Lamar Police Department have been searching the area.
K9 officer Toby Luce and Officer Robert Lawrence has been out searching a wooded area with K9 Hondo.
At this time the subjects have not been found. If anybody sees two male subjects walking in that area or possibly on I-49 or anywhere around the area of SW 15th Ln south of 126 Highway, please contact 911 immediately.
If you live around any of these areas and you have farm vehicles with keys in them we are asking that you secure your vehicles.
