According to the Highway Patrol report, Jeremy T. Suhay, 39, Stella, driving a 2001 Ford Explorer, lost control on an ice-covered roadway and struck the ditch.
A passenger, Amanda S. Suhay, 35, Stella, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
