Carl Junction woman injured in collision on 171

A Carl Junction woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision 7:30 a.m. Wednesday on MO 171 in Airport Drive.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1993 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Rex W. Mills, 40, Frontenac, Kansas, struck the rear of a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Sharon S. Link, 58, Carl Junction.

Link was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
