According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1990 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Jerry L. Rowell, 50, made a wide right turn, crossed the center line and struck a 2018 Kia Sedona driven by Amanda L. Chase, 33, Pittsburg.
A passenger in the Chase vehicle, a 16-year-old female, was treated for moderate injuries and Rowell, Chase and two other passengers in the Chase vehicle, an 11-year-old male and a 13-year-old male, for minor injuries at Via Christy Hospital, Pittsburg.
This is the 2nd accident that Rowell has caused in less than a month... Something needs to be done before he causes any fatalities
