Jered L. Daugherty, 21, Billings, driving while intoxicated

Michael R. Preston, 30, Seymour, driving while intoxicated (drugs), no seat belt, careless and imprudent driving in a traffic crash

Joshua J. Wittington, 33, Mountain View, felony driving while intoxicated.
