A Sarcoxie teen was injured in a two-vehicle accident 10 p.m. Friday on Civil War Road, a half mile north of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Dodge 1500 driven by Zander J. Clayton, 17, Carthage, was stationary in the road with a passenger, Casey Matthews, 19, Sarcoxie, when a 2003 Buick LeSabre driven by Uriah J. Sanchez, 17, Carthage, struck Matthews and the Clayton vehicle.
Matthews was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
