Jasper County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report
11/6/2020 Samantha Sigman 31 of Aurora, MO was arrested for Fugitive from Justice.
11/6/2020 Dmitri E Strickland 41 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.
11/8/2020 Neal A Putney 44 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Kidnapping 2nd degree and Unlawful Possession of Illegal Weapon.
11/9/2020 Kevin D Stockwell 66 of Vega, TX was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs and Failure to Maintain Right Half of Roadway.
11/9/2020 Howard B Stump 40 of Boydton, VA was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance.
11/10/2020 Juan J Lopez-Perez 52 of Pittsburg, KS was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
