A Noel man is being held without bond on second degree murder and armed criminal action charges in connection with the Sunday shooting death of Jonathan Arellanos, 23, Noel.
Benton County, Arkansas authorities arrested Shun'Tavion L. Thomas, 23, Noel, after a McDonald County Sheriff's Office and the Noel City Marshal's office investigation identified him as the suspect and an alert was issued.
The shooting took place at 10:05 a.m. in the Noel Heights Apartments.
