(From the McDonald County Sheriff's Office)The McDonald County Sheriff’s Office along with City Police Officers were out and about on Halloween.
Law enforcement officers checked on 35 Sex Offenders around McDonald County starting around 5:30pm and worked till 10:30pm to see if they were complying with State Statute: 589.426.
McDonald County law enforcement worked together and found of the offenders checked, only 3 were not in compliance and will have charges pending.
