A Liberal woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 12:55 p.m. today on MO 43 eight miles south of Liberal.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero driven by Kelly G. Compton, 56, Liberal, struck a deer in the roadway.
Compton was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
