Joplin man injured in accident on 43

A Joplin man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 11:05 a.m. today on MO 43 one mile south of Airport Drive.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Hyundai Sonata driven by Glen M. Potter, 30, Joplin, attempted a left turn from a parking lot and pulled into the path of a 2009 Nissan Altima driven by Tyler B. Clyde, 24, Carl Junction.

Potter was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
