Reeds child injured in accident

 A Reeds child was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:35 a.m. Wednesday on County Road 90, just south of County Road 85.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1996 GMC Sierra driven by Robert A. Fields IV, 32, Reeds, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.

A passenger, a 7-year-old Reeds boy, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
