A Neosho man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:35 p.m. Wednesday on I-49, four miles north of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Ford Escape driven by Thomas B. Sorrells, 31, Neosho, traveled off the roadway to avoid a deer and struck a tree.
Sorrells was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
