(From the Parsons Police Department)Stephen Montreal Dunn is an UNREGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. Dunn is a LIFETIME registry from a conviction in 2017 for Rape; victim less than 14 years old, in Montgomery County, KS. Dunn was paroled to an address in Parsons, KS at the end of August 2023.
Dunn has failed to register with the Labette County Sheriff's Office as a Sex Offender. Dunn is wanted for felony charges of VIOLATION OF OFFENDER REGISTRATION, and ACTIVE ARREST WARRANTS.
Dunn is listed as a Parole Absconder, as if September 21, 2023, per KDOC website.
If you know the whereabouts of Dunn, you are encouraged to report this information to law enforcement. Do not attempt to apprehend yourself.
This continues to be an on-going investigation and citizens are encouraged to "See It, Hear It, Report It." All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
