01/31/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Maple for report of a physical domestic. Parties were told this was a civil issue and would need to speak to an attorney.

02/02/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of W. 5th St in reference to a past tense trespassing. Investigation continues.

02/02/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Broadway St. in reference to a physical domestic. One party was placed under a 24 hr hold and transported to the Barton County Jail for processing. Paperwork was submitted to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of Assault Domestic 4th Degree.

02/02/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of Lexington for a domestic assault in progress. One person was transported to the Barton County Jail. Paperwork was submitted to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of Assault Domestic 3rd Degree.
