A Neosho man was cited for driving while intoxicated on drugs after three people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 6 a.m. Sunday on I-49 a half mile west of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Ean A. Jones, 19, Neosho, hydroplaned and overturned, striking a pole and a ditch.
Jones and two passengers, Destiny R.Whitman, 18, Granby, and a 17-year-old Neosho girl, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
In addition to DWI, Jones was cited for careless and imprudent driving and for not wearing a seat belt.
