09/17/2024 Officer responded to the 200 block of W. 12th in reference to a theft that had just occurred. Two suspects were identified and issued summonses and trespass notices.
09/18/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of E. 17th St regarding assistance with a theft of utilities. A citation was issued for theft of utilities.
09/18/2024 Officer was contacted regarding a male and female fighting in the 1000 block of Maple St.
09/18/2014 Officer received a call regarding a theft not in progress in the 200 block of W. 12th.
Suspects were identified and one suspect was issued a summons for Stealing Under $750.
09/19/2024 Officer saw one of the parties from the domestic disturbance on 9/18/2024. She was placed under arrested on a 24 hour hold for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree and transported to the Barton County Jail. During a search, Narcotics-Amphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found in her possession. Charges pending until results are received from the lab.
09/20/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Grand Street for a domestic situation in progress. One subject was placed under arrest for Domestic Assault 2nd Degree and transported to the Barton County Jail.
09/21/2024 Officer conducted a pedestrian check. Female gave wrong name and date of birth. Further investigation revealed her name and she was arrested on 3 Jasper County Warrants.
