A Fairview man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 3:20 a.m. today on MO 76 in Ridgeley.
According to the Highway Patrol, a 2015 Jeep Cherokee driven by Austin L. Cox, 18, Fairview, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Cox, who was treated for minor injuries at Cox Monett, was also cited for failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
