A Joplin teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:20 p.m. Sunday on Castle Drive a quarter of a mile south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 driven by a 17-year-old Joplin boy failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road and overturned.
The boy was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
If this was the accident by the falls my son in law was on his bike as well and stayed until the ambulance arrived
