Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 7:05 p.m. Saturday on Frye Road a mile and a half east of Southwest City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2021 Harley Davidson driven James T. Simon, 54, Southwest City, and a John Deere front end loader driven by Robert E. Williams, 53, Colcord, Oklahoma, were both traveling close to the center of the roadway when the front end loader sideswiped the motorcycle.
Simon was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Springfield.
A passenger on the motorcycle, Konnie M. Potter, 55, Southwest City, was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
