Shooting Investigation
In reference to the shooting investigation at 23rd and Grand behind the Joplin High School, more than one person is in custody, the gun is recovered and there is no further danger in the area.
There were no known injuries from the shooting, one person was transported to a hospital with injuries from physical assault in the incident.
The investigation is still in progress.
