Citizen calls lead to Seneca Police arrest of slumped over driver for driving under influence, drugs

I would like to thank a few concerned citizens who called in a car parked at Big Daddy's last night. 

The driver was slumped over and the door was open. 

After a short investigation it was determined the driver was under the influence of narcotics. Narcotics was found inside the vehicle and the driver was arrested.
