A Carthage woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision 2:30 p.m. today on Route M, two miles south of Jasper.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer driven by Brayan R. Nolasco, 19, Carthage, failed to yield and struck a 2017 Buick driven by Lois E. Young, 87, Carthage. The Young vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a fence.
Young was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
