2/10/2015 @ 8:40 am, David R. Russell, 32 of Ft. Smith, AR, was arrested for Fugitive From Out of State.
2/10/2015 @ 11:35 am, Terrence R. Kiefer, 34, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
2/10/2015 @ 8:40 pm, Joel Wallsmith, 44 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
