 1/30/2015 @ 1:00 pm, William A. James, 54 of Jasper, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.

 1/30/2015 @ 11:00 pm, Clinton T. Darnell, 30 of Galena, KS, was arrested for Fugitive From Out of State.

1/30/2015 @ 11:30 pm, Brian E. Neher, 37 of Jasper, was arrested for DWI by Drugs and Possession of Marijuana.

1/31/2015 @ 2:15 am. Joshua M. Thompson, 30 of Joplin, was arrested for Property Damage.

1/31/2015 @ 9:40 pm, Carl Dale Carter, 57 of Jasper, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2/1/2015 @ 4:10 am, Don A. Kaderly II, 41 of Lamar, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd .

2/1/2015 @ 4:30 am, Brett T. Heilig, 21 of Neosho, was arrested for DWI and Driving While Suspended.

2/1/2015 @ 10:45 pm, Richard R. Harper Jr., 45 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
