2/4/2015 @ 9:20 am, Gary P. Friend, 49 of Butler, was arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
2/4/2015 @ 5:10 pm, Antonio C. Chuta, 39 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.
2/4/2015 @ 8:45 pm, Larissa Brady, 31 of Joplin, was arrested for Creation of Controlled Substance.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
