Webb City man killed in accident near Oronogo

A Webb City man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 7:45 p.m. Sunday on County Road 240, three miles northwest of Oronogo.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1998 Ford Ranger driven by Megan L. Martin, 23, Webb City, ran off the left side of an ice-covered roadway and ovetturned, ejecting both occupants.

A passenger, Daniel L. Pultz, 32, Webb City, was pronounced dead at Freeman West Hospital by Dr. Cornelius at 10:59 p.m. Martin was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West.

The fatality was the 11th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.

    Rest in peace daniel. & megan u will pull thru this. I know we dont really know eachother & we have had our disagreements but honey im rooting for u. Youre in my prayers. And so is your family.
