Student bullying now a felony under Missouri law
A new Missouri law makes it possible to file felony charges against bullies. Kansas City Public Schools have issued a warning to parents and students. In this report from Action News 41 in Kansas City, the reporter notes that the Missouri School Boards Association says the ultimate decision on whether a bully may be charged with a felony is going to be up to parents and law enforcement.
