1. Council Bill 17-01-An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement between the City of Carthage, Missouri and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission providing for a Transportation Alternatives Fund Program Agreement (TAP-1601 (702) for sidewalks along Rt 571 (Grand Ave) from Airport Dr to about 500 ft south of George E.
