According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Hyundai Elantra driven by Deborah L. Slaughter, 50, Goodman, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree.
Slaughter and her 10-year-old daughter who is not named in the report, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
