According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Jeep Patriot driven by Alexus A. Russell, 17, Neosho, failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 1998 Saturn driven by Billie J. Hutchings, 74, Neosho, and was struck by the Hutchings vehicle.
Hutchings was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman Neosho.
