Anderson police urges residents in Beaver Branch flood plain to take precautions

As most of you know, The National Weather Service is calling for a lot of rain over the next couple of days for our area.

For those of you living along the Beaver Branch flood plain please take the necessary precautions to protect your physical safety as well as your personal belongings. 

Hopefully, we wont get as much as they are saying and we wont have another event like we did in June. 

Please stay safe and monitor the weather and water level if you live in the areas of Park St, Sellers Rd, and Jefferson (among others)
