1/4/2020 Casey E Matthews 42 of LaRussell, MO was arrested for Tampering in the First Degree and Resisting Arrest.
1/5/2020 Jason A Ragan 20 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
1/5/2020 Lucus L Page 17 of Sparta, MO was arrested for Stealing -Felony and Resisting by Fleeing - Felony.
1/7/2020 Donald C Steward 86 of Webb City, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
1/7/2020 John L Frazier 42 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree and Driving While Intoxicated.
1/8/2020 Oren P Dougherty 52 of Oronogo, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
