On January 2, 2020 the Barton County Sheriff's Office went to Mindenmines to try and locate a subject who had several active warrants for his arrest.
Robert A. Clinton, age 43, of Mindenmines was located and arrested without incident on four outstanding warrants for failure to appear out of Barton County.
The original charges on those criminal allegations include violation of a protection order, trespass, and resisting or interfering with an arrest. He also had one outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge out of Crawford County Kansas.
Clinton is being housed at the Barton County jail awaiting his first court date on 1/14/2020.
