Jasper Police traffic stop leads to meth arrest

(From the Jasper Police Department)

On Monday, February 14th, 2022 at 1115 hours, a Jasper officer initiated a traffic stop on a yellow 2010 Ford truck with a Missouri license of 0CCL44.

Contact was made with the driver, Jeremy Hensley (Nevada).

Hensley has a suspended driver’s license.

Upon questioning, Hensley admitted he had a meth pipe and a little meth in the vehicle.

Upon search of the vehicle, a glass meth pipe with meth inside was located in a brown jacket on the front seat.

Hensley was arrested and transported to the Jasper County Jail.

Reminder, Jasper has a ZERO tolerance for meth. Therefore, please do not use meth or possess meth/meth paraphernalia in the city limits… Meth is bad. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
