According to the Highway Patrol report, a Carthage Special Road District 2003 International 7400 snow plow driven by Robert M. Allen, 70, Webb City, ran off the right side of the road, overturned and struck a fence.
Allen was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
