According to the Highway Patrol report, Anthony A. Lockhart, 58, Joplin, driving a 2013 Honda Accord, failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the roadway and struck a sign, with the car overturning.
Lockhart was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
