...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to one inch and ice accumulations of a glaze up to a quarter of an
  inch are possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph and quickly
  dropping temperatures could lead to rapid freezing potential on
  area roadways Thursday into Thursday evening.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas. Portions of central, east
  central, south central, and southwest Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. In Kansas, call 5 1 1 for
road conditions.  In Missouri, call 1-888-275-6636 for road
conditions.
