A Fairview woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:25 a.m. Monday on Route HH, eight miles south of Granby.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2017 Kia Forte driven by Rebecca S. Delvecchio, 39, Fairview, ran off the roadway and struck a post.
Delvecchio was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman Neosho.
