Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 3:35 p.m. Thursday on MO 37, five miles south of Golden City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Buick LaCrosse driven by Jordan E. Wyss, 21, Purcell, traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment and a fence.
Wyss was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
A passenger, Cameron J. Simmons, 34, Golden City, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
