(From the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office)Cherokee County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a Weir home on Monday afternoon, after an unknown person was discovered inside the residence.
Law enforcement arrived and apprehended the suspect, who was reportedly intoxicated. Inside the suspect's vehicle, deputies discovered electronics, which had previously been stolen from an area health organization.
Aaron Don Span, 30, of Pittsburg was transported to the Cherokee County Jail, where he continues to be held on allegations of Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under the Influence.
