According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1996 Chevrolet pickup driven by Joseph J. Armstrong, 17, Neosho and a 2008 Chevrolet HHR driven by Sylvia D. Garnett, 27, Stella, met near head on a blind curve
Garnett was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
