On 8/18/19, Officer Thiel was dispatched to Washington/Thomas Lane in reference to a suspicious person. Officer Thiel made contact with Julynda Flores, who had a Felony Probation Violation Warrant from the state of Missouri.
Flores was arrested for her warrant, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and shoplifting. Flores was then transported to Newton County Jail.
