8/17/2019 Kelly M Wiley 24 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked/Suspended and Fail to Stop For Flashing Red Signal at Stop Line.
8/18/2019 Randall W Seeber 59 of Baxter Springs, KS was arrested for Fugitive from Justice. 8/19/2019
Charles P Anderson 46 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
