8/20/2019 Brett A Buffington 30 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substance and Tampering 1st Degree.
8/20/2019 Jason M Lee 44 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
8/21/2019 Ricardo Gutierrez 25 of Commerce, OK was arrested for Fugitive from Justice.
8/21/2019 Timothy W Ross Jr 34 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Fugitive from Justice.
8/22/2019 Jeremy M Skocy 36 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
