8/22/2019 Kevin T Borland 54 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs, Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia.
8/23/2019 Justin S Farley 29 of Neosho, MO was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Detention or Stop by Fleeing.
8/24/2019 Nicholas B Helvey 24 of Granby, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
8/24/2019 Madison M Fitzpatrick 23 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Fail to Maintain Right Half of Roadway.
8/24/2019 Charles D Kinnaird II 44 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Revoked.
8/25/2019 Jimmy D Thompson 38 of Springfield, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Careless and Imprudent Driver.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
