According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1994 Ford F-150 driven by Conrad J. Meier, 16, Stella, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Meier and a passenger, Raider Blue, 14, Monett, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
